These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zecore website at zecore.in and any products, services, or content we provide (together, the "Services"). Zecore builds customized ERP and CRM platforms, AI and machine-learning solutions, websites, mobile and custom software, hardware and IoT, and related integrations and support.

Information on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms of any project are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed between you and Zecore, which will prevail over these Terms in case of any conflict for that engagement.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Use the site in a way that infringes any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by or licensed to Zecore and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, branding, or content without our prior written permission.

Ownership of deliverables created during a client engagement is governed by the applicable project agreement.

Where you engage Zecore for services, the relevant proposal, statement of work, or service agreement will define the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, fees, and payment terms. You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation necessary for us to deliver the services.

Our services may connect to or rely on third-party platforms and tools (for example, WhatsApp Meta API, payment gateways, hosting, or analytics providers). Your use of those services is subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.

Fees for services are set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms, milestones, and any refund arrangements are governed by that agreement.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Warranties relating to specific services are as stated in the applicable project agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zecore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Liability arising from a client engagement is limited as set out in the applicable project agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zecore harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Where the parties share confidential information in the course of discussions or an engagement, each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared, as further detailed in any applicable agreement or non-disclosure agreement.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Termination of a client engagement is governed by the applicable project agreement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to any specific dispute-resolution terms agreed in a project agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the effective date shown above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
